In an increasing number of countries however, especially those with many religious divisions, there is a stronger sense of unity between faiths. The unfortunate state of things with religion is that most of them are damn near treated as akin to one's race or gender, not something you choose but something you are indoctrinated into as a child and passed down as tradition rather than philosophy. That's the thing that should be true for all religions, you can agree with certain tenets without needing to convert to the religion. I'm an agnostic always happy to see positive interfaith relations!
